SingStar R+B is een karaoke game waarbij je je favoriete R+B liedjes kunt meezingen. In de game zing je de teksten op tijdens een muziekvideo, deze verschijnen onder aan het scherm. Hoe beter je zingt, hoe hoger je score zal zijn. De game is ook gelijkertijd door twee spelers te spelen. De game maakt ook gebruik van de EyeToy, waardoor je jezelf kunt zien zingen in de game.
